ASU mobility: call for applications (05)

The Astronomical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences invites applications for a 3-month collaborative stay of a senior researcher in the Exoplanet Group in the Stellar department. The stay will be funded through a working agreement in the framework of the project “Support of international collaboration in astronomy”, which is provided by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The stay is expected to start in March 2022. The applicant should have more than 7 year experience in the field, preferentially in work with data obtained by the ESO instruments.
The collaboration will contribute to project PLATOSPec aiming to develop a modern spectrograph, in a collaboration among the Astronomical institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences, European Southern Observatory and other partners. The collaboration should also support development know-how in the field of instrumentations. Additionally, the visiting researcher will collaborate with members of the EXoplanet group on the research of exoplanets.
