The venue for the meeting will be the headquarters of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic(Akademie Věd České Republiky, AVČR for short) at Národní 3, opposite the National Theatre (map). The nearest Metro Station is Narodni Trida, but the venue is within walking distance of the hotels recommended on the Accommodation page. There will be signs to guide you to the registration desk once you enter the building.

Data projectors will be provided and there will also be a PC available for those who wish to bring their talk on a memory stick. The PC will be able to display presentations in PowerPoint, OpenOffice.org and PDF.

There is a wireless network in the building - instructions for how to use it will be provided in the welcome pack.
